I guess for me when nothing else comes to mind grab something and make it spin. Two paper swirls, one red the other white, one overlapping the other. Set it to spin using the power drill and using my 70-300mm lens zoomed from 300mm to around 100mm while holding the shutter open.

It reminds me of one of those large spiral lollipops sold at fairgrounds. And I think I must have an innate bias toward the landscape format, because every time you post a picture in portrait I feel uneasy, and when you post a picture in landscape I feel reassured.
Anyway, I like it. But I think it could be a touch lighter, in the pink portions, at least.
This is grrrrrooov-eh! I was out in the garage today and saw your set-up from this shoot and got some ideas of my own!
I agree with Jessica's comment about the lollipop - brings back memories of shopping at Trident in Lakewood with my mom when I was a wee girl.
