Dug out my old black light and was playing around to see how it would look with plastic cups. Mostly just playing around to see what I may be able to do with the light.
I really need to take shots of my setups so I can show them if there is interest.
Here's what I did with this one.
- I found an old black light from when I was a kid (it's old). Not a light bulb type of light...it's a foot and a half tube light.
- Grabbed two very thick books, covered them with black fabric and placed the light between them so it was below the surface.
- Built a pyramid with the little clear hard plastic cups usually used at parties. This was actually two back to back pyramids for depth. The pyramid in the foreground was directly over the light...straddling the light.

According to my assessment those cups were involved in a bank heist some years back!

I have no clue what it is, but looks very cool. Is the light shining through the cups?
