My wife had a special request for todays photo. This is a macro of an oak leaf she brought back from a trip she took with her sister to Vermont a few years ago. I'm finding that using back light really helps bring out the details in things like leaves.
Camera settings were 190mm, 1 sec, f/8.0, ISO 100
How significant is that perfectly round hole in the leaf?

ReplyDeleteThere are a couple of those round holes in the leaf. They look like part of the leaf growth and not where a bug had a meal :)
